Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I get an authentication error when searching campaigns.

Your session token may have expired. Try logging out and logging back in from the sidebar. If the problem persists, verify your Clickforce DSP credentials are correct.

Q: The scheduled update didn't run at 5:00 AM.

Google Apps Script™ triggers may execute anytime within a one-hour window (5:00–5:59 AM Asia/Taipei). If no update occurred by 6:00 AM, check the "排程自動更新" section in the sidebar for the last run status. If the status shows "排程已啟用但超過 26 小時未成功更新", re-login to refresh your credentials.

Q: Can I add more than 10 campaigns?

The add-on currently supports up to 10 campaigns per spreadsheet to ensure reliable performance. If you need to track more, create additional spreadsheets.

Q: Why does the CTR value look different from the DSP web dashboard?

The add-on converts the raw CTR ratio returned by the API into a percentage format. If you see a discrepancy, please report it along with the exact campaign ID and date range.

Q: How do I remove my stored credentials?

Click the "登出" button in the sidebar. This removes your encrypted password, access token, and email from storage. Alternatively, uninstalling the add-on from your Google account will also remove all stored data.

Q: My report data is missing for a specific date.

The Clickforce DSP report API has approximately a one-hour data delay. For today's data, please wait until at least one hour after the event. For historical dates, verify the date range is within your campaign's active period.

Q: Can I share the sheet with colleagues?

Yes. Each user who opens the sheet will need to install the add-on themselves and log in with their own Clickforce DSP account. Campaign configurations are shared via the document, but credentials are stored per-user and are not shared.
