1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the Clickforce DSP Report Google Sheets™ add-on ("the Add-on") collects, uses, and stores your information. The Add-on is developed and maintained by Clickforce Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

By installing and using the Add-on, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

The Add-on processes the following types of information:

2.1 Authentication Credentials

• Email address — Your Clickforce DSP login email, used to authenticate with the Clickforce API.
• Encrypted password — Your Clickforce DSP password is encrypted using a per-user random cipher key and stored for automatic re-authentication when your session token expires.
• Access token — A temporary JWT token issued by the Clickforce API, valid for approximately 24 hours.

2.2 Campaign Configuration

• Selected campaign (order) IDs and names
• Report date ranges, metrics, and dimension preferences
• Schedule settings (enabled/disabled, last run status)

2.3 Report Data

Campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, etc.) retrieved from the Clickforce DSP API is written directly to your Google Sheets™ document. We do not store or transmit this data to any other location.

3. How We Store Your Information

All data stored in Google Apps Script™ PropertiesService is encrypted at rest by Google's infrastructure. Passwords are additionally encrypted by the Add-on using a per-user cipher key before storage.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Authentication — To log in to the Clickforce DSP API and maintain your session.
• Report retrieval — To query campaign performance data from the Clickforce DSP API based on your configured settings.
• Scheduled updates — If enabled, to automatically refresh report data at the scheduled time using your stored credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

The Add-on communicates with the following external services:

• Clickforce DSP API — for report data retrieval
• Clickforce Authentication — for user login

No data is sent to any other third-party service. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

6. Data Retention

• Credentials are retained until you log out via the Add-on sidebar or uninstall the Add-on.
• Campaign configurations are retained until you remove campaigns from the sidebar or delete the Google Sheets™ document.
• Report data persists in the Google Sheets™ document under your control.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your stored data at any time:

• Log out from the Add-on sidebar to clear all authentication credentials.
• Remove campaigns from the sidebar to delete their saved configurations.
• Uninstall the Add-on to remove all Add-on data from the document.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your Clickforce DSP credentials are used exclusively for authenticating with the Clickforce API.

9. Security

We implement the following security measures:

• Passwords are encrypted before storage using per-user cipher keys
• Authentication credentials are stored in per-user storage (UserProperties), inaccessible to other sheet editors
• All API communication uses HTTPS
• OAuth scopes are limited to the minimum required permissions
• Access tokens expire automatically after approximately 24 hours

10. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs™ adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Children's Privacy

The Add-on is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
